A cartoon torn off from New York Time Real Estate Page

I scan and post this for the little mouse leaving with a little bundle, a mouse problem at New York Apartments talked in a funny way.

I remembered one of my best freind used to have serious mouse problems in his apartment at 103 street and Broadway-although a nice building. He had to flee to New Jersey for a week. He just became a father yesterday of a beautiful daughter. The mouse days is already a farway memories for him, or the time he fell in Riverside park while roller blading--his New York days.

Only if real mouse can be as cute as what is drawn in this cartoon, better if they can talk or roll a bundle and leave--little "fake" mouse always draw warming feelings in me, for the stories we read, from Ben and Jerry and Micky Mouse and many others.
